In just six weeks, Unison led The Edge's team through a brand strategy workshop, honing our findings with a robust competitive analysis of the recruitment sector in Asia. The result was an identity that shined, with a logo, style and image library that highlights The Edge's presence in Hong Kong, Singapore and India. But far from being just a pretty face, its new design sent a carefully crafted message to its key audience: hiring managers, human resource professionals and job seekers. Twenty-first century ideas reflected the company's forward looking ideals, from digital ads to USB name cards.

As a result, The Edge rode a wave of interest, capitalising on tablet and mobile traffic through a responsive website built on a WordPress platform, making it easy for The Edge's growing team to maintain and update. The company's contemporary branding and identity catch eyes throughout Asia, opening doors to both clients and candidates. And with the materials and guidance from Unison, The Edge is assured of staying ahead of the competition – and staying true to its name.
