After poring over the words, images and ideas that helped make the company a leader, Unison fine-tuned them into a collection of key messages and brand guidelines for employees, vendors and partners across the globe. And the world needed to know about the company's refined look. Unison assembled a user-friendly email marketing system using MailChimp and custom, on-brand templates. After training Elliott Scott's staff on the best way to put that new material in front of an audience, we laid out a marketing plan and schedule, ensuring constant contact with the people who matter most: clients and candidates.

Next, all corporate messages, including quarterly reports from company directors packed with insight into regional HR recruiting trends, were redesigned. For Elliott Scott’s annual industry survey, we distilled global survey responses to meaningful data points, and then transformed that content into infographics that presented the data in engaging, interesting ways. And to make sure the company made an impact at conferences and other events, Unison created unique promotional items for events, clients and candidates.
